Dear Readers

Where are you at this time?

Perhaps returning home?

In my case, today after spending an afternoon with my dad, then, in my balcony I watch the lights of my city come on... with a coffee in my hand.

Life has been very generous to me, I know. I've had friends who have touched my soul, family I hold in my heart, long trips that will continue this year and next, activities I enjoy doing and that also pay me, hobbies that fill my days with joy, loves that have left stories on my skin, children who are my wonderful princes...

...and I haven't listed so many things in this life that fill me with satisfaction that perhaps, for you, seem trivial, but for me... they are like a breath of pure life.

The warmth of the sun

The blue color of the sky at 6 p.m.

The laughter of children

The sea, its smells, its sounds, and its waves

A well-made bed with my pillows

The first coffee of the morning

The call from the man I love who always brings a huge smile to my face

Long philosophical conversations (ufff, the best)

My music blasting in my car

The unconditional love of my cat

...and I can go on and on

My mind is satisfied, and that's what gives me that feeling of serene joy. I don't seek anything. I don't crave anything. I don't expect anything, and that's precisely why everything that comes to me is a bonus! Thank you.

Today I am happily serene.
